Competition ClassesGB Chino will be hold three competition classes to help prepare our students for the Pan Ams! Professor Rafael will be going over the point system, stand up and ground positions, both offensive and defensive. Live training will start standing up to simulate competition. These classes are open to all white belt students, three stripes and up. Even if you are not going to compete, you are welcome to attend! The classes will take place the following days and times: Thursday, March 18th 7:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 25th 7:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, April 1st 7:30-8:30 p.m. |
